It totally covers your ears. The leather cushion is very comfortable. It is comfortable to be used for a long time, but some people have headaches from continuous wearing. These people must not tighten the headphone on their head. It has to be a little loose, resulting in less pressure. Every ear cup has a hole in it. This whole is for ambient sound mode. The left cup has the control buttons, like the ambient sound button and noise cancelling. If you enable the sound cancelling, the ambient sound mode will also be enabled. Another press on the button will turn off the ambient sound. Another press will enable noise cancellation. These are the three modes. It is a clever gesture. You can turn down the volume with one press. What's special about this headphone is noise cancellation. Both noise cancellation and ambient sound are really great. Let's first talk about noise cancellation. When you try it, you will notice that the surrounding sound is hugely cancelled. Especially when you play audio. With ambient sound, you can enjoy noise cancelling, but at the same time, you can listen to your surroundings. For example, if you are at the airport, you can listen to the airport radio about your flight. The CPU inside is called QN1. It cancels noise from mid-range to high end.
